We are a husband and wife operation who have been desperate for New York style pizza in New Orleans.
From Brooklyn to Baronne
We scoured NYC for our favorite pizza, and developed recipes honoring the flavors of our favorite Brooklyn pizzerias.
No Garlic. Ever.
Garlic doesn't love us back. We've learned it isn't necessary for great pizza -- if you use premium, fresh ingredients like we do.

Our Dough
We make our dough fresh daily using a classic Italian process and a blend of five flours imported from Italy. The process takes 24-36 hours from masa madre to pizza, and is packed with so much love and craftsmanship so that we may bring you the best tasting crust in this city.

Our Cheese
We use only the finest mozzarella for our pizzas: 100% all natural, with no preservatives, fillers or artificial ingredients.
